What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administrative functions
- Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams across every department
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies that increase vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Partner with inventory management to maintain competitive and market-responsive vehicle inventory
- Ensure Compliance with All Automotive Regulations, Policies, and Manufacturer Standards
- Monitor Dealership Financial Performance and Implement Strategies to Maximize Profitability and Efficiency
- Foster a Culture Centered Around Teamwork, Accountability, and Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Perform Other Leadership Responsibilities As Needed to Support Dealership Success
- Automotive Dealership General Manager Experience Preferred
- Demonstrated Success Driving Sales Growth and Dealership Profitability
- Strong Leadership Presence with the Ability to Motivate and Develop Teams
- Experience Building and Leading High-performing Sales and Operational Teams
- Strategic Thinker with Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities
