This role serves as a Workday functional lead specializing in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. The Lead designs, configures, and supports time/absence policies and payroll frameworks across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Payroll structures ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with client needs.
Design and manage Absence and Time Tracking processes per policy and compliance requirements.
Facilitate design sessions, capture requirements, and configure Workday solutions across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking workstreams.
Lead workshops, training, and end-user enablement sessions.
Provide post-go-live support (data validation, issue resolution, troubleshooting).
Manage testing cycles, deliver documentation, and guide consultants in project execution.
Support legal and regulatory reporting for Time Tracking & Absence.
Requirements:
5 years Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking experience (or equivalent experience without degree).
At least two full Workday Payroll implementations.
Certifications: Workday Payroll for USA, Time Tracking, and/or Absence.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.79/hour - $59.05/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
