WMS Solution Architect

The Oracle EBS Warehouse Management Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle EBS Warehouse Management product, with the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle applications.

• Lead Enterprise Design, including demonstrating the features to end users. Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops with stakeholders, and prepare functional specifications and solution designs for the requirements.

• Define and execute the EBS Warehouse Management roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Configure Oracle EBS Warehouse Management module based on design requirements.

• Lead planning and sprint execution for EBS Warehouse Management implementation.

• Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business.

• Create design and configuration documentation for modules being implemented.

• Actively contribute to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other methods to document risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the overall project.

• Help solution, document and test technical enhancements including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEW).

• Resolve functional and technical issues, as required.

• Be an active member within company’s Oracle technology communities.

• Candidate needs to lead functional design efforts, collaborate with stakeholders and drive the successful implementation to meet the needs of a project.

• Lead system testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the configured solution.

• Support client’s change management program and initiatives.

• 3 years in Agile/SAFe: Experience leading workstreams in high-velocity, iterative delivery environments.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of Oracle EBS supply chain management experience, including Warehouse Management implementation experience working also with EBS Procurement, Inventory, and/or Manufacturing.

• At least two end to end Oracle WMS implementations.
  Business knowledge and business analytical skills

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive process improvements.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

• Interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with clients

• Communication skills to effectively facilitate workshops

Nice to Have Skills:

• Working on ways to automate the system to be more user friendly.

• Working with various teams for closing the month end, quarter end, and/or year-end critical activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 8 to 20 years of experience in the IT profession

• Should be Oracle EBS Warehouse Management certified. Related Oracle Cloud or EBS certifications will be considered.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.92/hour - $68.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
