Your role
- Provide support for PED rollout
- Ensure operational stability and minimal down time of core Retail Payment systems daily
- Document and share the steps of resolutions
- Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology and store partners
- Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
- Ability to effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives
- Upholds company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements
- Candidate should have helpdesk and account provisioning experience
- Communication with customers or external parties
- Working knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki and Splunk is required
- Remote management
- Software distribution experience
- General network troubleshooting
- Experience with Financial, payments or fraud detection systems preferred
- POS Support experience especially with Oracle Simphony preferred
