The Technical Lead (TL) position is a senior development/supervisory position in the client's Front End Development Team.
The TL position corresponds to the Development Technical Team Leader (Team Lead) role on projects and supervises the day-to-day activity of the Development Team (back-end developers and/or front-end developers) and functions as a project team's most senior applications engineer.
The TL reports organizationally to the Development Manager; however, he or she partners functionally within project teams, working under the direction of the Technical Architect (TA) and the Project Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO).
The TL is involved in, or leads, sprint planning, running daily scrums, performing code reviews, and communicating with team members on both progress and roadblocks.
Furthermore, The TL, mentors, coaches and supports the junior members of the development team while collaborating with project leadership (TA, PM, AC, etc.). On projects of smaller size and simple-to-intermediate complexity, the TL can be called upon to perform software development and is expected and required to have and maintain the skills of a Senior Developer on the platform.
Ability to map and estimate business requirements into the technical capabilities of the E-commerce platform as well as guide client's business needs back to the appropriate use of the platform
Expert-level experience in leading multiple large/complex projects
Expert level knowledge of B2B and B2C E-commerce functionality and E-commerce Best Practices for Internationalization and Localization
Expert understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) specific architecture
Working knowledge of all SAP CX clouds and advanced knowledge of their integration points with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
