We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the development and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution. This role requires expertise in risk management frameworks, cloud security, and the ServiceNow platform, focusing on enhancing compliance, automating controls, and supporting eGRC initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow IRM Management: Develop, manage, and monitor control frameworks, objectives, and indicators within ServiceNow IRM.
Automation & Integration: Analyze and map Cloud Control Framework (CCF) to Wiz for automated evidence collection, leveraging Wiz, Splunk, and SoTeri for enhanced control monitoring.
eGRC Program Support: Consolidate CCF updates, prepare for eGRC launches (RAQ, PRC, PRCSA), and ensure alignment with the eGRC program.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain job aids for IRM processes.
Compliance & Cloud Control Framework: Map SOX and CCF controls, provide CCF testing expertise, and design continuous control monitoring for cloud environments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on risk management and compliance.
Strong understanding of risk management principles, control frameworks (NIST, ISO), and compliance regulations (SOX).
Essential: Implementation exposure to ServiceNow IRM.
Experience with cloud security tools (Wiz, Splunk, SoTeri) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
