Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design:
Design end to end solutions using AEM and AEP
Define reference architectures, technical standards, and best practices across Adobe Experience Cloud
Lead architecture decisions for custom development, extensibility, and composable architectures
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):
Architect and guide development of custom components, templates, workflows and services
Drive best practices for authoring, publishing, dispatcher/CDN caching, and performance optimization
Lead AEM upgrades, cloud migrations, and adoption of AEM as a Cloud Service and AEM Edge Delivery Services
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):
Design XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and profiles
Architect real time and batch data ingestion pipelines
Enable personalization through RTCDP audiences, segmentation, and activation
Guide data governance, consent, identity resolution, and privacy controls
APIs & Integrations:
Design API first and event driven architectures
Define integration patterns across AEM, AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, analytics tools, and enterprise platforms
Lead development of custom APIs, middleware, and integration services
Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and observable
Leadership & Cross Team Collaboration:
Able to come up-to-speed quickly on legacy approaches and create a current vs target state architecture.
Serve as a technical authority and mentor for engineering teams
Partner with business, UX, and product stakeholders on solution design
Review architecture, code quality, and implementation approaches
Support estimation, roadmaps, and architectural trade off decisions
Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, MarTech engineering teams to drive the best approaches forward.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
