We’re hiring a Senior Scrum Master (D365 / Power Platform) for a high-impact engagement with a leading financial services client.
This is a hybrid role based in Malvern, PA (Greater Philadelphia area) supporting a Scrum team in a hybrid Agile environment. This is not just a facilitation role—you’ll have real delivery accountability and work closely with both client stakeholders and offshore teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 10 years of IT experience, 5 years as a Scrum Master
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 / Power Platform implementations
- Strong experience in hybrid Agile delivery environments
- Proven ability to drive delivery, not just run ceremonies
- Comfortable working with Director-level stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
Nice to have:
- CRM or Contact Center (B2C) experience
