Onsite Looking for 1 Senior Lead Developer Newark 3-day hybrid RTH preferable if not possible still can consider
10 to 12 years of experience in software engineering or trading technology
Strong experience with buyside OMSTrading systems such as SAAS Systems
Charles River OMS CRIMS mandatory
Bloomberg AIM Aladdin Eze etc bonus
Proficiency in:
C# and/or Java
Strong SQL query optimization schema design stored procedures
Azure Cloud Services Functions App Services Service Bus Storage CICD
Vendor API Integration REST SOAP SDKs
FIX Protocol 4x 5x with handson debugging experience
Business Functional Skills:
Solid understanding of
Trade order lifecycle
Portfolio management workflows
Compliance pre-post trade checks
Trade execution and allocation
Market data and reference data flows
Experience working directly with Investment Managers and Trading Desks
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and client facing skills
Comfortable leading meetings with traders PMs and executives
Ability to break down complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
