Required Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Concourse).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Experience developing and debugging server-side applications or web services.
- Programming & scripting skills: Golang, Python, Java, Bash, Rust.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of security and compliance practices.
- Understanding of database structures and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with standards-based cryptography and trust primitives (e.g., AES, RSA, Elliptic Curve, X.509 Certificates) and applying standard cryptographic libraries (e.g., OpenSSL).
- Experience authoring and refining technical specifications.
- Development experience in languages such as Java, Python and GoLang.
- Familiarity with IP video streaming protocols (HLS, DASH) and associated DRM systems (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay).
- Experience working with HTTP network stack transactions.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
- Exposure to security and compliance in cloud environments.
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes.
- A master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure for secure video delivery.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS: EC2, EKS, ALB, IAM, VPC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Concourse).
- Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability using Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption for operational efficiency.
- Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Forecast capacity requirements and scale infrastructure to handle traffic growth.
- Enforce security standards and compliance requirements across hosting platforms.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for critical systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Solve reliability-related issues and contribute to overall platform stability.
- Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content security and DevOps.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
