We are seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant with a proven track record in Production Planning / Execution, Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Recipe Batch Management.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, along with experience in implementing and supporting custom BTP applications.
This role will involve working on a critical project to manage the usage of Coca-Cola's secret recipe, requiring a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom BTP Application Support: Provide expert technical support for a custom BTP application designed to manage Coca-Cola's secret recipe usage.
SAP ECC/S/4HANA Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the BTP application and SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems.
Production Execution: Configure and support SAP Production Execution modules, including work centers, routings, production orders, and material requirements planning.
Quality Management: Implement and maintain quality management processes, including quality inspections, quality notifications, and quality certificates.
Manufacturing: Optimize manufacturing processes by configuring and supporting SAP Manufacturing modules, such as production planning and control, material master, and bill of materials.
Recipe Batch Management: Manage recipe batch processes, including recipe creation, recipe execution, and batch tracing.
Blue Yonder Integration: Understand the Blue Yonder Demand Forecast batch job process and its integration with SAP for source data.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems and the BTP application.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP systems and the BTP application.
Qualifications and Experience:
7-8 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, specializing in Production Execution, Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Recipe Batch Management.
Deep understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules, including Production Planning, Quality Management, and Manufacturing.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting custom BTP applications.
Strong technical skills, including ABAP, SAP script, and SAP HANA.
Knowledge of Blue Yonder Demand Forecast batch job process and its integration with SAP.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in SAP Production Planning or Quality Management.
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (CP) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Knowledge of industry best practices for manufacturing and quality management.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
