Job Summary

• Scrum Master / Transformation Lead / Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in MS Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power BI implementations, driving AI-enabled automation for a leading investment banking client.
• Proven expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, capital markets operations, and enterprise change management, ensuring compliant, scalable, and high-impact transformation outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with a leading investment banking client to drive operational transformation through AI automation and MS Dynamics This hybrid role blends Agile leadership with business analysis ensuring collaboration and impactful delivery
• Agile Delivery Scrum Leadership Facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and foster a high performing team culture
• Stakeholder Management Engage senior transformation leaders technology teams and operations to align AI automation solutions with strategic goals
• Business Analysis Requirements Gathering Work with PO Product Owner to define business needs document user stories and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery
• Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with technology data infrastructure and operations teams to implement scalable automation solutions
• Change Management Adoption Support business teams in adopting new automation capabilities ensuring smooth transition and user engagement
• Risk Compliance Considerations Ensure solutions meet regulatory operational and risk management requirements
• Executive Reporting Provide clear updates KPIs and progress reports to leadership teams ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Understanding of Capital Markets and CM Operations
• Commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities and progress discussion with client

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 - $127189

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
