Act as the onshore coordination link between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
Enable effective communication, prioritization, and tracking of technical discussions
Support delivery governance without owning technical decisions or architecture
Skillset:
Strong functional and technical understanding of PIM P360 platform (PIM, IBM DataStage, Active VOS, ActiveMQ, Supplier
Portal, IDQ, AWS)
Translate client needs into actionable items
Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate technical discussions between client stakeholders and offshore team; capture decisions and track closure
Facilitate support discussion and documentation of technical decisions (led by offshore SMEs)
Coordinate requirements, dependencies, and risks to support smooth sprint execution
Act as a triage coordinator for escalations (context gathering, SME routing, status tracking)
Provide visibility on delivery progress, blockers, and action items
Facilitate / maintain documentation (decisions, actions, dependencies)
Delivery Coordination:
Track sprint-level progress with offshore leads
Ensure visibility of blockers, dependencies, and risks
Align CRs, enhancements, and defect priorities with delivery teams
Coordinate on issues/escalations
Document, provide updates and report on (decisions, actions, dependencies)
Stakeholder Engagement:
Participate in client meetings for clarifications and follow-ups
Represent our company from a coordination and communication standpoint
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.01/hour - $81.26/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
