Guidewire PolicyCenter Functional Lead

• The Guidewire PolicyCenter Functional Lead is responsible for leading the functional design and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions across the policy lifecycle including New Business Endorsements Renewals Rewrites Cancellations Reinstatements and Underwriting functions

• The role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders product owners architects developers and QA teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable and effective PolicyCenter solutions

• Responsibilities commonly include leading requirements workshops defining solution approaches managing functional teams supporting Agile delivery and ensuring successful implementation outcomes

Functional Leadership:

• Lead functional workstreams for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and enhancement programs

• Manage a team of Business Analysts and Functional Consultants

• Own end to end functional solutioning across PolicyCenter modules

• Establish functional delivery standards templates and best practices

• Mentor junior functional analysts and support knowledge transfer activities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and refine business requirements

Integration Data Collaboration:

Collaborate with integration teams on:

• BillingCenter integrations

• ClaimsCenter integrations

• Support data mapping and conversion activities

• Review interface requirements and business rules

• Ensure end to end business process continuity across systems
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams

• Provide regular status updates to project leadership

• Facilitate requirements signoff and solution approvals

• Drive issue resolution and decision making forums

• Build strong relationships with underwriting operations product compliance and technology stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Insurance Information Technology or related discipline

Experience:

• 10 years in PC Insurance

• 7 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience

• Multiple end to end PolicyCenter implementations

• Experience in Agile and SAFe delivery environments

• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.97/hour - $73.39/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
