This role supports NA (US and Canada) go-to-market activities, working closely with the GTM lead to ensure the platform is ready to support new features and adapt to future customer needs. The support role executes tasks, maintains documentation, and ensures smooth day to day operations. This role will help troubleshoot issues, manage follow ups, and contribute to process improvements to help ensure the successful product delivery in the Go-to-Market phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with cross functional teams to assist with project execution
Maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to support project transparency
Supporting project meetings, stakeholder updates, and issue resolution efforts
Assisting with software implementations, hardware rollouts, or infrastructure upgrades
Supporting the management of dependencies, testing plans, and acceptance criteria
Monitoring progress and highlighting risks or delays to help ensure timely delivery
Assisting with post implementation reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer
2 years of experience supporting IT or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and vendor coordination
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Comfortable supporting software upgrades, migrations, or deployments
Excellent communication and status tracking skills
Certifications such as Agile PM or PMP preferred
Mandatory skills:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $19.42/hour - $30.34/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
