Key Responsibilities:
Lead GenAI for SWE initiatives enabling AI powered coding testing documentation and modernization
Deliver technical enablement sessions and ensure teams take ownership of upskilling
Support client teams in adopting GenAI tools eg GitHub Copilot internal accelerators
Establish and maintain GenAI measurement frameworks usage impact productivity
Manage reporting structures for GenAI initiatives across client and internal leadership
Provide hands-on engineering guidance Java .NET Python Angular React etc
Skills Required:
Strong engineering proficiency in at least one modern programming language Java NET C# Python JavaScript/TypeScript
Angular React with the ability to understand and support additional stacks as needed
Hands on experience with GenAI tools used in Software Engineering such as GitHub Copilot Amazon Code Whisperer Codeium GitLab Duo and more
Ability to embed GenAI capabilities into day-to-day development workflows coding debugging testing documentation refactoring
Ability to simplify and translate GenAI concepts into repeatable engineering best practices for client teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management able to influence client teams and technical leaders
Highly proactive self-driven comfortable leading cross functional GenAI uplift initiatives
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40.45/hour - $63.20/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
