GenAI Architect

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of an AI‑driven Model Ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of AI product strategy, data engineering, and Model Risk Management (MRM), driving the end‑to‑end design and delivery of AI‑enabled model governance capabilities.

The ideal candidate will translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, design intelligent workflows across the model lifecycle, and partner closely with engineering, data science, and model risk teams. Strong analytical skills, hands‑on SQL/Python expertise, deep understanding of MRM practices, and experience leveraging AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, AMP, Claude Code) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and feature evolution for an AI‑driven model governance ecosystem.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with regulatory, risk, and business objectives.
• Drive end‑to‑end product delivery from concept through launch and adoption.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to support feature design, validation logic, and model lifecycle workflows.
• Break down ambiguous business or regulatory challenges into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and solution options.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Model Risk & Governance Enablement

• Interpret complex model governance, validation, and regulatory requirements and translate them into system capabilities.
• Design workflows that support model development, validation, approval, monitoring, and retirement.
• Ensure AI‑enabled components align with model risk controls, interpretability standards, and governance frameworks.

Requirements & Solution Design

• Translate business and user needs into product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to define data models, APIs, integrations, and architectural needs.
• Contribute to solution design that is scalable, auditable, and compliant.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with model risk teams, model validators, data scientists, AI teams, engineers, and operations partners.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Testing & Delivery

• Support UAT planning, test case development, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure high‑quality releases and smooth adoption across stakeholder groups.

AI‑Assisted Delivery

• Leverage AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, AMP, Claude Code) to accelerate analysis, documentation, workflow design, and solution development.
• Stay current with advancements in AI model governance tooling, workflow automation, and risk oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Techno‑Functional Business Analyst in AI, analytics, or model risk domains
• Proven hands‑on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis
• Solid understanding of APIs, data models, and system architecture fundamentals
• Deep knowledge of Model Risk Management (MRM), including model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and regulatory expectations
• Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous product problems
• Strong experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Mandatory: Proven experience using GitHub Copilot, AMP, and Claude Code or similar AI coding agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow orchestration or AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Knowledge of enterprise data integration, metadata management, or model monitoring platforms
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Background in financial services, audit, risk, or regulatory domains

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $99712 to $168716

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
