Delivery Lead responsible for end-to-end execution of identity, customer data, and marketing technology initiatives.
Ensures alignment between architecture, engineering, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of identity resolution, CDP, and MarTech solutions
Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product)
Drive planning, execution, and timely delivery of complex programs
Ensure alignment with architecture, governance, and enterprise standards
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Support Agile ceremonies and delivery tracking/reporting
Required Experience:
8 years in technical delivery/program management
Strong background in identity, CDP, and marketing platforms
Experience with Adobe (AEP/AJO), AWS, and Snowflake
Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex integrations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
