We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst Data Management to support enterprise data initiatives by effectively gathering business requirements engaging stakeholders and ensuring data solutions align with regulatory compliance and security standards
The role requires close collaboration with business users technology teams and governance functions in an Agile delivery environment primarily within the financial services domain
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Business Analyst for Data Management projects involving data sourcing transformation quality and reporting Lead requirement gathering sessions interviews workshops walkthroughs with business stakeholders to understand data needs and pain points Document functional nonfunctional and data requirements including business rules data definitions and acceptance criteria
Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle Analyze and validate data related requirements to support data quality completeness and consistency
Collaborate with data engineer's developers and QA teams to translate requirements into implementable solutions
Support UAT activities including test case review defect triage and business signoff
Ensure solutions adhere to compliance security and regulatory standards applicable to financial and customer data Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups backlog grooming sprint reviews and retrospectives
Support production issues data investigations audit requests and regulatory queries as needed
Required Qualifications:
Experience 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Data Management or Financial Services
Strong experience in requirements elicitation documentation and stakeholder engagement
Good understanding of data concepts such as reference data master data quality and data governance
Experience working with cross functional and global teams
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.83/hour - $55.98/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
