OnBase Platform Administration & Engineering:
Install, configure, and maintain OnBase components including Application Server, Web Client (IIS), Unity Client, and Configuration Client across DEV / QA / PROD environments.
Perform OnBase upgrades, patching, and version management following enterprise change processes.
Configure and manage Disk Groups, document storage (Azure Files / NetApp), shared folders, and UNC access.
Configuration, Workflow & Solution Development:
Configure Document Types, Keywords, User Groups, Security Classes, and retention rules.
Design and maintain OnBase Workflow, WorkView solutions, and Unity Forms to automate business processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable OnBase configurations.
Infrastructure & Cloud Integration:
Support OnBase deployments on Azure infrastructure, including Windows Server VMs, IIS, and SQL Server.
Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for VM provisioning, storage migration, and networking.
Support large-scale content migrations (e.g., NetApp to Azure Files using AzCopy).
Database & Integrations:
Work with SQL Server for database configuration, backups, restores, and basic query support.
Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems via APIs, ODBC, or web services.
Security, Governance & Documentation:
Implement and maintain OnBase security roles, privileges, and access controls.
Support audits by providing logs, configuration documentation, and validation artifacts.
Maintain technical documentation for OnBase architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.54/hour - $75.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
