We are seeking an experienced AWS Senior Architect to lead the implementation of an AIOps framework, leveraging AWS's latest AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, Amazon GNN, and AI agentic layers and frameworks, to optimize our network technology services.
Job Summary: As the AWS Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an AIOps framework tailored for our telecommunications network services. You will utilize AWS's AI technologies and ANO capabilities to enhance network performance, predict and prevent outages, and automate network operations. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS cloud services, AI/ML solutions, and the telecom industry's unique challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
AIOps Framework Development:
Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations.
Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance.
AWS Architecture Design:
Develop scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture that supports AIOps initiatives.
Incorporate Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models and Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions.
Utilize Amazon GNN for graph neural network applications in network topologies.
Agentic AI Integration:
Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks to facilitate autonomous decision-making processes within network operations.
Software Development:
Design and develop modern cloud native enterprise quality software solutions, such as using microservices, containerization.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React.js.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, data scientists, and operations, to implement AIOps solutions.
Lead technical discussions and workshops to drive AIOps adoption.
Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend into network operations.
Leverage AWS's ANO capabilities to automate network monitoring and management.
Continuous Improvement:
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the AIOps framework.
Stay updated with AWS's latest offerings and advancements in AI and network technologies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS.
Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in a telecom environment.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudFormation, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon GNN.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including agentic AI frameworks.
Familiarity with telecom network technologies and protocols.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or similar certification.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
