Capgemini is seeking an Account AI Engagement Lead to drive AI and GenAI initiatives within a key Financial Services account. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on shaping AI demand, aligning to business priorities, and ensuring execution delivers measurable value.

What You’ll Do
- Own AI engagement strategy for a Financial Services account (banking, insurance, or payments)
- Identify, shape, and prioritize AI / GenAI use cases aligned to client goals (risk, compliance, operations, growth)
- Drive AI portfolio planning and execution in partnership with delivery teams
- Ensure alignment with governance, security, and Responsible AI standards
- Provide clear, executive-level updates on AI pipeline, value delivered, and key risks
- Influence senior stakeholders and integrate AI into the core account strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of experience in consulting, Financial Services technology, data, or AI-led transformation
- Experience working with FS clients (banking, insurance, or payments)
- Proven ability to shape and scale AI or GenAI initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Executive stakeholder management and strong communication skills
Compensation
Base salary range $160k–$190k 20% bonus
Most hires are expected in the $165k–$180k range depending on experience

- This is a hands-on account leadership role focused on execution and delivery alignment (not pure strategy or practice leadership)
