The Role

As a Named Account Manager - BFSI, you’ll be the engine that powers Dynamo’s growth. This is a full-cycle sales role — you’ll prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close your own deals.


You’ll be our front line with fast-growing companies adopting AI. You’ll run demos, learn fast, and win trust from technical and executive buyers who are figuring out AI safety for the first time.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: Every touchpoint is yours.


  • Prospect like a founder: Build and manage your own book of business through outbound, inbound follow-up, and creative outreach.


  • Tell Dynamo’s story: Help customers understand the “why” behind AI security and how we can help them ship AI into production, safely.


  • Run tight, value based technical sales motions: Partner with Solutions Engineers, FDE’s and Product for demos, proof of concepts, and solution design.


  • Learn the craft: Develop deep understanding of AI cybersecurity and governance.


  • Help shape GTM: Bring customer insights back to Product and leadership to refine our messaging, strategy, and motion.


What You Bring

  • 5-10 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-related tech


  • Consistent quota attainment in $1.5M–$5M ARR range


  • BFSI vertical expertise


  • Sold into large banks, asset managers, insurers, etc.


  • Deep familiarity with buyers: CISO, CIO, Head of Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Governance


  • Understands regulatory landscape (model risk, data privacy, third-party risk)


  • Proven success owning pipeline and closing new business


  • Genuine curiosity about technology and problem-solving


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to tell a story and make it land


  • Self-starter mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to do


  • Grit, hustle, and a sense of humor (the work is hard, but we make it fun)


Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with AI, ML, or security ecosystems


  • Candidates based in NYC or London
