Summary

- Provides strategic and operational leadership for the MIH Carolinas program at the site level
- Oversees staffing, training, grant deliverables, and coordination with the Technical Assistance and Training Center (TAC)
- Ensures adherence to program protocols, reporting, program evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Facilitates the Site Community Advisory Board (CAB)
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key health care system and clinic leadership, administration, staff, and provider champions to support successful H4MAB implementation
- Manages day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, reporting, and staff communication
- Supports onboarding, documentation, and implementation of program workflows
- Serves as the primary administrative point of contact with the TAC
- Monitors and ensures compliance with grant requirements and deliverables
- Contributes to quality assurance, data collection, and program evaluation activities
- Other duties as assigned
The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job.
Education And Formal Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work or relevant field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in program/project management required
- Experience in maternal/child health, public health, grant-funded programs, or care coordination strongly preferred
- Experience facilitating community advisory boards or stakeholder engagement preferred
- Strong knowledge of maternal and infant health, social determinants of health, trauma-informed care, and health equity principles
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Proficiency in program evaluation, quality improvement, and grant reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clinical providers, community partners, and administrative leadership
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear
