Accounts Receivable Specialist

Make a difference. Job Title: Accounting Representative In This Role You Will: Keeps track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding invoices. Processes payments on balances due. Conducts auditing for receivables. Answers customer questions via email and phone. Investigates missing or incomplete documentation to meet billing requirements. Reaches out to past due accounts regularly. Logs results of collection efforts. Records checks received in company accounting system. Alerts supervisors of customers who aren't paying past due amounts. Negotiates deadlines or payment plans when necessary. What You Bring To The Table: Account Receivable and/or Payable: 1 - 3 years preferred Collections experience preferred High school diploma or GED Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm Compensation Details: The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
