Qualifications of Administrator in Training:
Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
