The Role
As a Consultant within Capco’s Capital Markets practice, you will support leading financial institutions in enhancing operational processes across Problem, Incident, and Change Management. You will work in a client-facing environment, contributing to governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service management capabilities and technology operations.
This role offers the opportunity to combine analytical thinking, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes across complex technology environments.

This includes using AI-enabled features within LinkedIn to help source potential candidates, speeding up routine recruitment communications such as emails, and creating compelling, brand-aligned job postings. The Role
As a Consultant within Capco’s Capital Markets practice, you will support leading financial institutions in enhancing operational processes across Problem, Incident, and Change Management. You will work in a client-facing environment, contributing to governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service management capabilities and technology operations.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and support Problem, Incident, and Change Management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and track problem lifecycles to support long-term resolution of incidents
- Analyze incident and change data to identify trends and recommend preventive and improvement measures
- Facilitate governance activities including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support ServiceNow enhancements and automation initiatives
- 2 years of experience in capital markets or financial services
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, or similar roles
- Understanding of financial products, operations, or technology environments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience with ITIL frameworks or service management processes
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Confluence
- Exposure to digital transformation or emerging technologies
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Postgraduate or advanced degree
- Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions
