About the Role
PolyPeptide is looking for a skilled and hands-on Service Owner
Productivity to join their global End User Enablement team. In this role, you
will be responsible for the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement
of key productivity platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform,
conference room technologies, and digital signage solutions.
This is a senior technical role where you will work closely with both IT
and business stakeholders to support PolyPeptide’s digital workplace strategy
and ongoing cloud transformation. You will join a team of eight employees and
report to Kristian Hagbyhn, Head of Cloud & End User Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
· Own
and manage the full lifecycle of assigned productivity services
· Ensure
reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services
(Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
· Establish
Power Platform as a structured and governed service area
· Configure,
optimize, and maintain productivity platforms
· Develop
and execute service roadmaps aligned with business needs
· Collaborate
with global IT teams, PMO, local IT, and business stakeholders
· Ensure
compliance with QMS, GMP, and GAMP standards
· Provide
third-line support and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams
· Lead
and contribute to digital workplace-related projects
Your Profile
· 10
years of experience in IT service management or similar roles
· Strong
expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
· Experience
with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and governance
· Familiarity
with AV/meeting room technologies and digital signage (e.g., PlayIPP)
· Strong
understanding of ITIL and service lifecycle management
· Experience
with regulated environments (GxP/GMP) is an advantage
· Excellent
communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into business
language
· Fluent
English skills (written and spoken)
