Role Description
This is a full-time onsite and remote role for a Manager at CAO Bakery & Cafe. The Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure quality control of services and products, and lead a team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities will include staff training and development, monitoring efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement in workflow and services. The Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure adherence to company values and operational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
