WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Provides administrative support for Medical and Health & Performance departments.
- Manages confidential medical records and ensures compliance.
- Coordinates and adjusts appointments for providers and guests.
- Handles guest check-in, billing, paperwork, and Medicare requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Electronic Health Records systems.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
- Possesses a working knowledge of medical office operations.
- Knowledge of office & administrative protocols.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch and its practical application.
