Overview:
Essential Functions and Duties:
Daily Supervision: Organizes and directs bell services efficiently including luggage delivery, luggage pickup, valeting of cars, and assisting with the execution of transportation duties as needed. Supervise the operations of the bell service process and provide feedback to management.
Daily Logs, schedules and Reports: Maintains and updates a daily log sheet for luggage pick up and delivery; room changes; guest-requested rides; deliveries including flowers, federal express mail, and faxes. Accesses daily reports from Opera to create a daily arrival and departure schedule for the guests and for the Bell Staff transportation services.
Communication: Communicates frequently with guests about ever-changing travel schedules and flight changes that need adjusting. Ability to field questions from guests professionally and accurately, communicating last minute arrival and departure information and ensuring accurate travel arrangements. Communicates frequently with drivers advising of any flight or guest changes relating to specific drivers assigned runs.
Supervision of Others: Cross trains and schedules, but does not hire, fire, conduct performance management responsibilities.
$17.79 - $18.98 per hour
Qualifications:
You will also need to be proficient in Word, Excel, and Internet Search Tools. It's preferred that you have experience using the Opera operating system.
To be successful, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple interruptions while accomplishing your duties. You must be an excellent communicator, both in person and via the phone. You will need top-notch customer service skills, and be able to work with a wide variety of people. You need to be able to work efficiently under pressure. You will also need to be good at quickly grasping computer applications.
Experience Required: Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent.

You will arrange for any other deliveries guests may require such as prescription drugs, packages, and more. You will show excellent organizational and communication skills in the juggling of constantly changing flight information and the subsequent need to arrange travel for guests in a timely manner. You will need to be available to work weekends.
