- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, including task dependencies, durations, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team.
- Employ project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Support the design, setup, and execution of hypersonic tests.
- Facilitation of test data and preparation of technical reports.
- Interface with engineers and technicians from various disciplines.
- Identify opportunities to improve test processes and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of new project management test techniques and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field (desired)
- Demonstrated Leadership
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Project proficiency or willingness to learn
