Position Overview
Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Corporate Access team as a Vice President in the New York City office. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving the firm’s corporate access strategy across all sectors, enhancing issuer relationships, and delivering high-impact investor engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination efforts within the competitive issuer community, building and maintaining relationships with senior management teams of corporate clients.
- Drive growth in strategic verticals and measure success through broker votes and other ROI metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Equity Sales, Research, ECM, Banking, Trading/DSS, and other internal teams.
- Develop and present investor targeting studies, trading summaries, and other deliverables to showcase Cantor’s capabilities.
- Support the expansion of the Corporate Access desk through conference planning, regional initiatives, and market-specific strategies.
- Identify and escalate operational risks and control deficiencies; ensure compliance with firm policies.
- Provide backup support for Roadshow Coordination during peak periods and team absences.
- Manage logistics for corporate and strategic access events, including travel, accommodations, venue bookings, and presentation materials.
- Oversee on-site event execution and post-event reporting using CRM and roadshow systems.
- Process invoices and generate ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate Salesforce presentations and data management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Access, or Investor Relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong understanding of Equity Capital Markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MA/MS) in Finance or related discipline.
- Experience with CRM systems and roadshow/conference platforms.
- Proven track record of successful corporate access initiatives.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
