Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand company reach and revenue.
Operational Oversight
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring optimal performance across departments including operations, HR, compliance, and client services.
Implement and improve operational processes and SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Business Development & Client Relations
Lead client acquisition and retention efforts in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure delivery of high-quality security services.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to the security services industry.
Oversee licensing, training, certifications, and regulatory audits.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and lead departmental directors and managers, fostering a high-performance, accountable work culture.
Support recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff at all levels.
Financial Oversight
Assist with budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation in coordination with the finance team.
Monitor financial performance and help drive profitability through effective cost management.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Set KPIs and performance targets across operational and strategic areas.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in the private security, defense contracting, or facility management industries.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of industry regulations, licensing, risk management, and operational best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic, and compliance-driven environment.
