Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational, technical, and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a primary focus on interview scheduling, sourcing support, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) maintenance. This role supports recruiting activities up to the point of handoff to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Support recruiters by coordinating interview logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel interviews at the direction of the recruiter
- Manage calendars, virtual interview platforms, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Ensure interviewers receive accurate schedules, agendas, and candidate materials
- Troubleshoot basic scheduling or system issues and escalate as needed
Candidate Sourcing Support
- Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS searches, and internal talent pools
- Support posting and managing job requisitions across external and internal career sites
- Coordinate candidate outreach, assessments, or screenings as directed by recruiters
- Maintain organized and searchable candidate pipelines
ATS Maintenance & Pre‑HRBP Processing
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
- Move candidates through workflow stages based on recruiter direction
- Ensure required documentation, dispositioning, and compliance steps are completed prior to HRBP handoff
- Prepare candidate records, offer documentation, and data accuracy checks before transition to HRBP
- Generate standard recruiting and pipeline reports as requested
Recruiting Operations & Team Support
- Provide day‑to‑day operational and technical support to recruiters
- Support pre‑hire activities and coordination prior to HRBP involvement
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows through effective use of systems and tools
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance across recruiting operations
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or recruiting administration
- Strong technical aptitude with hands‑on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience supporting corporate, technical, or high‑volume recruiting teams
- Experience with ATS platforms such as ORC, Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and resume databases
- Experience preparing hiring actions prior to HRBP or HR Operations handoff

Base salary: Starting at 58,000, plus bonus and overtime
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
