Responsibilities:
Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Executive Vice Chairman / General Counsel. This role requires a highly organized, polished professional who excels in a demanding environment and can manage a blend of executive-level administrative support and personal assistance responsibilities with discretion, precision, and sound judgment. The role is primarily personal assistant–focused, with executive assistant responsibilities that vary based on business priorities.
Executive Support
- Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling, and administrative priorities
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international business travel
- Track, prepare, and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Support ad hoc projects and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison with senior internal partners and external stakeholders
Personal Support
- Provide administrative and organizational support related to personal financial and healthcare matters, including bill processing and reimbursements
- Coordinate personal and family travel, including preparation of detailed itineraries
- Assist with oversight and coordination of household-related vendors and services
- Track critical personal documents and ensure timely renewal (e.g., passports, licenses, registrations, insurance, Global Entry)
- Participate in periodic in-person meetings, particularly during onboarding, to review documentation, resolve complex matters, and establish an effective working cadence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong professional presence with excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and proactively anticipate needs
- Comfortable navigating both executive and personal support responsibilities
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Salary:
$165,000
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan), this position may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, including discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
