Responsibilities:
Operations Analyst will coordinate account reconciliations, trade affirmations and trade settlements. Additional cross training in equity and option trading to assist as needed in those areas. Other duties assigned may include statement production, proxy voting and invoice processing.
- Daily reconciliation of client investment accounts held at multiple custodians.
- identifying unmatched transactions and coordinating correcting entries as needed.
- Daily trade affirmations and the facilitation of trade settlement are also a vital part of the job
- Cross training for other areas such as trading will be needed.
- Working with multiple software programs
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a detail oriented approach to their work.
- strong emphasis on computer skills is required, particularly Excel and Outlook. T
- Able to work independently but also will be a key member of our team of 9 employees.
- General business and investment knowledge is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with systems processing and working with numbers.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related degree is preferred. 0-2 years’ work experience desired.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000k base
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
