- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest in learning HR processes, employment law basics, and HR best practices
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and organizing orientation sessions
