Position: Tax Operations / Regulatory Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days onsite required)
Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) - 5/31/2027
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
Pay Range: $35-$38/HR, Paid Weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate globally with teams across Global Markets Operations Tax & Control, Global Markets Change, Technology, Global Tax Policy, and Global Tax Compliance.
- Lead tax initiatives and support regulatory implementations in partnership with GBAM Tax Change and Technology teams.
- Manage and respond to project-related inquiries and escalations.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. tax background.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
