Job Title: Operations Clerk
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
Pay Rate: $15.34/HR, Paid Weekly
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)
Contract Duration: ASAP (Once Onboarding Clears) – 12/31/26
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-learning individual with a strong sense of urgency to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is a contract position with weekly pay, offering stable, full-time hours. Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate daily incoming work packages processed through Financial Centers and ATM channels (delivered via UPS.
- Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation.
- Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries.
- Adhere to productivity and quality standards under direct supervision.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with 10-key entry with basic balancing, and accounting principles.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for 2–5 hours per day.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- Use of computers and technology.
