Job Summary:
The Production and Technical Manager will be responsible for managing all technical aspects related to audio-visual systems, IT services, and event production. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in troubleshooting technical issues and a deep understanding of AV systems, lighting, and event production dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Management:
- Interface with AllBridge Property Technology Solutions concerning data, voice, video, lighting, and property management services.

Troubleshoot and assist in-house teams with technology systems, including but not limited to:
- Windows PCs & Xerox/HP printers
- GESI/VisionLine door lock system
- MCOMS IPTV system.
- Acuity lighting system.
- SoundTrackYourBrand BGM system.
- Toast F&B system.
- Example Tasks:
- Troubleshooting door lock gateway issues.
- Troubleshooting IPTV system failures.
- Troubleshooting WiFi instability.
- Troubleshooting printer issues.
Audio-Visual Management:
- Update and maintain in-house Crestron/Symetrix audio and video systems.
- Set up and run A/V for in-house events, ensuring rich sound quality and optimal video display.

Example Tasks:
- Setting up and monitoring wireless mics.
- Setting up portable TV monitors.
- Setting up Crestron HDMI interfaces for presentation on Ballroom projector.
- Setting up remote Zoom/Teams interfaces.
Event Production Oversight:
- Manage setup and operation of GrandMA lighting, L-Acoustics/Bose/Midas M32/Midas MR18 PA, and staging for music and other events held in the Ballroom, Pavilion, Garden, or Great Lawn.
- Coordinate with performers and production teams to meet event needs.

- Managing lights and sound for Ballroom/Pavilion wedding receptions.
- Managing lights and sound for Ballroom Comedy Events.
- Preparing and executing Terrace/Garden Easter and ther holiday events.
- Setup for DJ performance in the Garden or Study.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Production, Event Management, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient in the management and troubleshooting of AV systems and IT services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, performers, and in-house teams.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedule.
