We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Utilize SPOT ON POS system for order processing and cash handling.
- Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and communication among staff members.
- Perform bartending duties as required, ensuring quality beverage preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong skills in training development to enhance team performance.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to help resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience with SPOT ON POS or similar systems is a plus.
- A background in bartending
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must have 3 years bartending and serving experience.
