What challenges will you tackle?- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi‑axis equipment to meet production and job‑shop needs
- Decode blueprints, manuals, and GD&T to plan toolpaths and workholding
- Cut a variety of metals while managing speeds/feeds, tool wear, and chip control
- Confirm conformance using CMMs, micrometers, depth gages, and other inspection tools
- Proven CNC mill or lathe operation
- Hands-on CNC mill or lathe setup
- Documented CNC changeover experience
- Strengths in CNC Programming and CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, ProtoTRAK, Okuma, Doosan, Kitamura, Makino, Brother, Hurco, Dmg Mori Seiki, Haas)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Takisawa, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Murata, Fuji, Nakamura, Hyundai - Wia)
- CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Matsuura, Mikron, Dmg Mori Seiki)
- CNC Lathe (5 axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Index, Eurotech, Miyano, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Nakamura)
- $25–$40 per hour, direct hire
- 1st shift (Mon–Fri) or 2nd shift (Mon–Fri)
