CNC Operator (1st Shift) – Full-Time
Location: Quakertown, PA
Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM (45-hour workweek, overtime after 40 hours)

Position Overview
As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in our production process. You’ll work both independently and alongside experienced machinists, gaining valuable hands-on training and contributing to the production of high-quality firearm components.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Run production jobs efficiently and accurately
- Deburr and inspect machined parts
- Read and interpret blueprints/prints
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Maintain quality standards and production timelines
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of CNC milling experience in a machine shop
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Willingness to learn and retain new skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade school or CNC training (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to read G-code
- Experience performing basic machine setups
- Experience with edge finding and indicating fixtures
