Do you love people and dogs? Do you naturally bring good energy into any room? Canine Cardio is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. This is not your typical desk job — it’s a mix of hospitality, light hands-on dog handling, and being the face of our brand.
We’re looking for someone reliable, outgoing, and ready to be part of the daily heartbeat of our facility. You’ll be the first and last person our guests see — and the one who ties their entire experience together.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest (human and canine!) with a warm smile and friendly energy.
- Check clients in and out for daycare, gym sessions, training, and other services.
- Handle retail and service transactions — including charging customers for services, shop items, and memberships.
- Upsell and retain new clients and express the benefits of our service offerings and tailor each experience personally for each client
- Grab dogs for pick-up and help with smooth transitions during check-out.
- Direct guests throughout the facility, confidently explaining all the things we offer — gym, daycare, training, café, and retail.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Communicate clearly with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Be a calm, positive presence even during busy rushes.What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person with a warm, approachable personality.
- Confident and clear communicator who can talk to anyone with ease.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
- Reliable, organized, and quick on their feet.
- Loves dogs and is comfortable handling them during pick-ups.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus — but great energy is everything.
