Overview
Position is overnight from 11p-7am 2-3 shifts per week.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while performing essential accounting and administrative tasks. Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and revenue reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Assist guests with special requests or needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hotel operations or hospitality management preferred.
- Proficiency in night audit processes is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
