Candlewood Suites is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Overnight Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting the nightly audit process to reconcile hotel revenue, guest accounts, and other financial transactions
- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service to guests during overnight hours
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Performing security checks throughout the property and ensuring the safety of guests and hotel facilities
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
