JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN

DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE

REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER

LOCATION: Candlewood Suites-Cookeville, TN /Shreeji-SwamiCookeville, LLC

PURPOSE:

Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to, performing general maintenance work and documentation to ensurehotel maintenance quality standards (as necessary by CandlewoodSuites-Cookeville, TN / H&N Hospitality Management) maintenance qualitystandards are achieved and maintained.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Ensurecomplete guest satisfaction.

· Ensurecomplete guest safety.

·· Informsguest of the hotel facilities.

· Must havethe ability to read, speak and write the English language to communicate withguest.

. Responsiblefor preventative maintenance and completing work orders in a timely manner suchas replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, painting and exterior building repairand cleanliness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
