Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, including detailed floor care and industrial cleaning tasks
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while maintaining flexibility for peak times and special events
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and comfort

Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, janitorial practices, and industrial cleaning methods
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
