Scheduling: 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday nights.

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent to join our team.
Candidates must be High school graduate and have basic computer operating and good communication skills. Experience is not necessary, but a positive attitude and aptitude to learn are the requirements to fit in with a currently great committed team and laid back working environment.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
-Light cleaning of the hotel's public areas
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Required Skills and Experience
- Willing to take initiative and work with little direction.
- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work responsibly unattended
- Must have reliable transportation as well as excellent attendance
- Adaptable to change
